Eagle extended base stretch wrappers are designed to handle oversized loads wrapping such as furniture, cabinets, large foam pieces, display signs, etc... Even though the extended base stretch wrappers are designed for larger than usual loads, they can handle normal loads, too. The extended base models feature all the same functionality as our standard base models.
The Eagle extended base stretch wrappers can handle skids/loads of up to 170" in diagonal measurement with its 78.5" diameter turntable. Additionally, they feature a powered pre-stretch film carriage which applies up to 250% of pre-stretch to the film prior to application.

Eagle 2000EB
Nearly all Eagle stretch wrappers are capable of having an optional integrated weight scale system installed. The stretch wrapper scale system makes it possible to obtain load weight at the same time that load wrapping takes places. Thereby reducing processing time and increasing productivity.
At the heart of the system are the load cells. Located at multiple locations under the turntable and mast base, the load cells continuously collect weight data samples. The weight data is then averaged out with help from the load cell junction panel. The weight data is then transmitted to the display panel where it can be easily read by the machine operator.
The panel can be connected to a variety of label printers via the RS232 serial connection. Any printer that supports ZPL script can be used to print the load label data generated by the panel.
By attaching a load label to your wrapped skid(s), carrier weight errors can be eliminated. Any additional costs or fees that may occur due to differences in estimated versus actual load weights can be reduced.

The Eagle 2000 series stretch wrappers feature a powered film carriage unit to maximize film efficiency. Using a photoelectric sensor, the Eagle 2000B automatically recognizes the load height. The carriage travel will also automatically adjust to create an effective wrap cycle.
The turntable offers a soft start/soft stop feature for gentle handling. Upon completion of a job cycle, the turntable resets itself automatically. This allows for proper orientation of the load for pallet jack or forklift insertion. Even more available features offer increased production and a cost per load savings. Nevertheless, you can easily justify owning an Eagle 2000B series stretch wrapper.
The Eagle 2000B series stretch film machines come standard with a powered pre-stretch carriage capable of delivering up to 250% film pre-stretch. Also, easily adjust your film pre-stretch "on the fly", even during a wrap cycle!
The Eagle 2000 series turntables can wrap loads up to 5,000lbs. The turntable base has 24 nylon rollers for smooth and quiet operation.
With PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controls and a simplified control panel for easy operation, the Eagle 2000B is a breeze to use.
